UNIT POLICY

                                  

Custom units and any unit remake can take up to 7-14 business days to be made and shipped out, unless stated otherwise.

Once your unit is complete you will receive an email for pick up and a invoice to pay your remaining balance. Invoices must be paid immediately and you must pick up your unit at your pick up time or you will get a $10 late fee until unit is picked up.

Due to wigs being completely custom to the customer, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

If you provide us with the incorrect measurements or select the wrong size, unfortunately, you will have to keep that unit and reorder another one.

All custom units are made with Hair By Asenda Extensions bundles and closures. We do not use any other hair for certain color services, Please contact us for any question and concerns.

Our custom units are shipped via UPS with signature confirmation for U.S. orders and DHL for International orders.

You MUST fill out our Custom Unit Form after placing your order, or your order will be canceled.
